For air-conditioning businesses

Local enquiries.
Your survey. Your quote.

We are building a local network of air-conditioning installers before promoting CoolMatch to homeowners. Join the pilot, tell us where you work and help shape the service.

Sole traders and limited companies welcome. Add certificates after signup.

Getting started

From application to introductions.

Air conditioning only. A room brief before you accept. At most two other installers introduced by us for the same enquiry.

  1. Create your account

Add your business name, working area and email. No certificate details or uploads needed at signup. Sole traders are welcome.

  2. Complete your evidence

Provide your F-Gas details and public liability insurance, then upload the supporting documents for review in your dashboard.

  3. Review opportunities

Once active, review requests in your area and decide whether to accept. Local coverage is not a promise of lead volume or booked work.

A starting point for your survey

Know what the homeowner has told us.

The request contains the answers supplied in the estimate journey, not a site assessment by CoolMatch.

You confirm the measurements, equipment and installation scope. Unknown answers stay unknown rather than becoming facts in the brief.

Home and rooms
The property and room information the homeowner supplied, including their chosen size inputs.
Practical constraints
Their answers about access, proposed positions and permission, where provided. Any survey flags need your judgement.
Your commercial decision
You quote the homeowner directly. CoolMatch does not mark up your installation price or take a percentage of the installation fee.

Document checks

Current evidence before a request is shared.

We check F-Gas and public liability evidence before sharing a request.

These are eligibility checks for the introduction service, not an audit of your installations or an endorsement of workmanship.

What you need to provide

  • F-Gas certification details, including the scheme, certificate number and expiry, with supporting evidence.
  • Current public liability insurance details, including insurer, policy number and expiry, with supporting evidence.
  • Your business or trading name and the areas you cover. A Companies House number is relevant for a registered company, not a requirement to be a sole trader.

Receiving a new request requires active status, current F-Gas and insurance details, and reviewed evidence. If documents lapse, update them before receiving further introductions.

After the free pilot offer

Planned pricing. Not charging today.

The first three introductions are free for founding installers. These are the planned paid options, not an active subscription or checkout.

Pay as you go

£35 per credit

Planned: one credit for one accepted introduction.

Pro

£119 per month

Planned: eight credits included, with additional credits at £20 each.

No paid plan starts when you apply. Final billing and VAT terms, and how invalid or duplicate requests are handled, must be agreed before paid introductions begin. The pilot does not guarantee any number of enquiries or jobs.
